Rear Defrost Not Working.

2001 Tahoe LT. Rear window not warming up when I hit the switch. Checked with a test light and there is power all the way to the connections, both sides. No visible damage to the defrost wire grid.
Also checked the gang ground post in the back rear. Looked fine but cleaned it anyway.
Wiper motor doesn't work either but you can hear the pulse board clicking.

Check it with a volt meter. Sometimes a check light will power, but not have enough volts to power the defroster.

Defrost usually relies on a resistor causing the grid to warm up from voltage present with high resistance. It's possible to have voltage present but with no resistance = no heat. I would start there
