These are old but I don't think I was really active here in 2011 so these got lost in the overload of vacation photos.

The amount of security that came out of the building was great. With every step I took two more guys game out of the building. I don't...
Now I don't see many high end cars unless you count BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C classes high end. So I did see at least one cool Z06 today. Not as bad ass as the one our resident member has.
Of course he didn't stay at the car wash very long. Sounded good.
Then I saw this, another...
You didn't happen to get any repair bills with it or know where it is from? That's a bummer dude. Could just be coincidental timing. My U-Joint in my K5 broke a year in and I didn't put many miles on it. Depends on how the previous 5 owners treated it. :(

Hey all,
So I read around here and haven't found any good thread for a replacement for the OEM horn. Mine died awhile ago, I don't use it much but I had it replaced with another OEM but it still sounds pathetic like one is dead. I did drive through a large puddle recently (by accident honest)...
I'd drive that. That's what I hoped the 15's looked like. Just maybe with a lift or something. And, as was pointed out, to fix the wheel wells.

I did some drifts in the parking lot and almost got stuck in fender high snow piles (high enough for the truck to just keep going straight and not turn) as I tried to go out the back exit which hasn't been plowed in days to avoid some scolding from parents with little kids slay riding nearby. Of...
I drove my truck into a deep puddle of snow and slush (wasn't paying attention in the parking lot at work) and when I parked I had steam bellowing from all sides. Walked away like a bad ass.

This is extremely disheartening to hear. I like the new platform. Especially the new Tahoe Z71. I test drove the 15 but never got it to 40. I think my highest speed was 25 because of traffic. Definitely going to be cautions of this if my father or I decide to upgrade from our current Tahoe's. 08...
Thanks for the compliment. Remanning is probably better. But I never could've really find what the difference really is expect they either rebuild/make like new all the internals or just replace the bad and reuse the good.
Best of luck!
Speaking of snow Govna Chris Crusty declared state of...
Just found your post with the picks. Yukon GT. Freaking gorgeous dude. Definitely feel you on that drooling over them. That's my next purchase unless that 2000 Tahoe SS concept shows up on eBay again. :) I was looking for a Tahoe Sport for awhile but I bought a K5 instead.

If you don't want to keep the truck. Put in a junky one and sell it before anything else happens. If you like the truck and think its worth keeping. Rebuild it. That's how I made my choice when mine went. Otherwise it will sit and you'll look at it without making a decision. Not trying to be a...
Might have to reprogram the electronics to recognize the column. Swapping the column probably tripped some anti theft system. My buddy has that problem with a Firebird/Trans Am of his. :( You'd need the right tools to reprogram yourself I believe.

I know that feeling. Didn't explode like yours but I lost the "high clutch" as the guy called it on my way snowboarding. Dropped it in second and drove it for a month with 1st and second. Damn shame. The prices sounds right cause mine was rebuilt at 2500 versus the 3300 for a remanufactured one...
Just barfed at the thought of no V8. Trucks are too damn heavy for a V-Shit. Of course in today's "model" society it makes sense to cater to tree huggers and eco-nuts. I'd take it in Hybrid form though. :p Unless that V6 is twin turbo like the 2017 Raptor pushing over 400 horses, but GM won't do...
Thanks, I will probably stick with the stock lights. Running out of Room in the garage. Was thinking of going with the stock ones your Yukon had with the darker surround unlike the red I have on my tail lights.
At that point your at the level of which looks better. I don't think the Denali comes in 4x4 where the Tahoe does. That and another difference I've noticed is the Denali has digital gauges in the dash (not including speed and tach) like one big LCD screen where the Tahoe doesn't.
Also remember...

Thanks, it is worth in my opinion too. I have started to save. Hopefully new floors this summer so I can drive it again. Going to send it to a shop to be restored when I have the money. I am not that handy so yeah.
