From what i have seen from ebay/google/forums I can get better pricing than what is listed in the thread. I also dont want the mercellano stamp on the wheel.
Thanks for the help!
Sounds like you have another issue other than oil life. I didn't know OnStar could read codes so your best bet is the have the code checked with a OBD2 reader
OK that makes sense. The primary cats must be doing a pretty good job cleaning up the exhaust gas and even though the 3rd cat is gone it still passed the smog test out the tail pipe. Good to know!
I have an escalade so Im pretty sure all escalade nav units can play dvd's. So I don't think you will be able to do what you want unless you get an aftermarket head unit or buy another oem nav unit that can play dvd's.
I was in the same situation as you where my kids are too little to be...
Good to know most on here would purchase. I would probably do the same but seeing how the price of these vehicles brand new are most likely out of reach for the average joe. I mean a vehicle that is 60k would have a monthly payment of 800-900 dollars a month? Given no trade or money down. That's...
It got me curious. I would think to follow it down to the rack and pinion and if there is nothing visible the only thought would be the rack and pinion itself. It might be one of those things that you have to live with even though its not normal. I would not consider that normal by any means
For those of you getting 2015 Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade's how many of you are opting for a lease over purchase? It seems like with the prices they are asking for these things that not many people are going the purchase route. Thoughts?

talk to the guys at navrepair.com they will know exactly the best solution for you. Trust me. I have an 07 escalade with nav and no RSE but i sent my nav unit to them and they activated the U42 option for RSE and now i can control the dvd's from the front while my kids watch the movies on the...
Over on the cadillac forums there was a guy who wired up a bluetooth hub to the rear a/v inputs. so basically he could send the music to the hub and it plays through the rca inputs. Hopefully that makes sense
Check to see if anything is touching the intake that might cause a rattle when the engine is running. Maybe the movement of the engine is making something else touch the intake in the engine bay.
There is a difference in the design of the gauges and the needles. Its hard to describe but if you look at pictures of an 07 then look at an 09+ you can tell.
I dont you still need one but if by chance you do i have one.

Sorry i just relized this thread was 2 years old!!
If the one you bought from costo is OBD2 then it will work for your 2004. If its obd1 then it wont.
If you need an obd2 scan tool get a Scan Gauge obd2
