    Dorman - Help Alignment Cam Bolt part# 13512 When I did mine last year and ended up breaking one of the alignment cam bolts I ran to the local Advanced Auto and bought 2 of them, which was good because the one on the other side broke also, lol.

    The O-rings are inside the fittings, not on the lines. I'm guessing the loose O-rings are either extra or they need to be installed into the fitting. I've never had to replace an O-ring inside of one of those type fittings, and when I've bought new fittings for when I added an aftermarket cooler...

    I can't remember which ones are on my transfer case. For some reason I'm thinking they're the larger ones also, that take a 1/2" drive to remove/install.
