Rear Denali Badge Instead of GMC on '23

They didn't remove the chrome strip on the '25s -- they've essentially just moved it up to the bottom edge of the rear window.

Passenger projector bulb replacement not as bright as driver side

You said you bought two new bulbs. Did both bulbs in the passenger side burn out, and you replaced both of them with new bulbs? Or, did one bulb burn out on the passenger side, but you went ahead and replaced the passenger side and the driver's side? Also, are your replacement bulbs the exact...

Black Denali Grill? Painted or purchase black??

You should def look at the threads where people have bought the black parts off eBay. I don't recall anyone not being happy with the quality of those sets.

Lowered 21+ T1xx: Post Em Up

Hopefully you're somewhere warm where you never get snow. Otherwise, it looks like you could plow my driveway with how far those MaxTrac components hang down! Whatever the case, the truck looks GREAT.

    AT4 versus Denali

I appreciate being able to raise and lower my suspension -- but to each his own.

    Chrome trim

What chrome are you talking about? And on what vehicle? Are you talking about the thin chrome strip that runs above all the side windows, front to back, at the roofline on Denali models?

Help with Rims (No more 24s)

If I were struggling with this decision, I'd first determine which was MOST important to me: a great ride and decent looks, or great looks and a decent ride. If I were leaning toward a great ride, then I'd probably go to an 18" wheel and put some substantial tires on it. If I were leaning toward...

    Hard wire radar detector.

It took me a while to get up the nerve to tackle this, but it ended up being really easy. That piece is relatively flexible, and just requires a finger wedged under the side while you also push a little toward the middle of it, and you’ll free up the clips pretty readily. You’ll start with...

Did anyone pick up a 2025 model?

Nice! Is the “GMC” lettering on the fender badging red? If so, I might have to get a set of them. Looks like they’d match the lettering on the wheels’ center caps. (Would you mind taking a closer pic of a badge?)

That stinks. Well, maybe the aftermarket will start making good clones soon with pre-‘25 harnesses.

Help with Rims (No more 24s)

I'm going to say your roads are a hell of a lot better than our Philly and surrounding areas roads. We get all 4 season up here, requiring salting and plowing in the winter time, and so our roads get trashed. And then you have a general lack of upkeep on them, too...

    Power side steps in snow

like WalleyeMike, I guess we didn't get enough snow last winter to recognize this as a problem. We'll see what happens this winter, I guess.

Have you swapped out the chrome fog-light trim pieces on your Denali?

I already have the replacement pieces -- and they were inexpensive.

If your dealer checked, and nothing came up for your vehicle, then maybe it's already in your truck.

    Power side steps in snow

Sorry, but no, I do NOT think you should expect the steps to stow completely if snow builds up on them. I think you need to clear the snow, just like if snow had gotten packed into any of your door jambs or under your wiper blades. But maybe that’s just me.

2024 Yukon - wait time for super cruise mapping control module update?

It's not a recall. It's an update. The notice I got in the mail was dated October, but I didn't get the notice until last week (in December). If it's been on the lot since September or October, yeah, I'd bet it will need the update. ...But your dealer can absolutely look up your VIN and see any...

    Power side steps in snow

Wait --even stowed, your steps get covered with snow? Or, they get covered with snow when they're out and then won't stow with snow on them? I don't think you should expect the steps to stow completely if there's snow obstructing them. And if they gather snow while out, then I'd imagine you'd...
