Sounds like you have a warranty on your (new?) engine. If they'll make you whole, then go for it.

Camshaft damaged and they recommend to replace the whole engine

So i went to another places and al of them said if camshaft damaged, then best is to replace engine

Is it ok to sell the car as it is to carmax, carfax, carvana, autonation, or someone

No they won’t buy a non running car. You can sell it as a roller but the price will reflect that.

I had a similar issue with my 2017 model. The engine misfire caused vibrations and warning lights. After taking it to the dealer, they confirmed it was a cylinder problem, similar to what you’re experiencing. Fortunately, I came across MJM Engines reviews and called them. These guys turned out to offer quality service for engine diagnostics and repairs. Maybe this info will be helpful for someone else.
