    honestly battery are the limiting factor. if you want them to last you basically have to build the entire system around taking care of the batterys. can't over work them, can't over charge them, can only use about 40% of the capacity, gotta keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter...

    if you have never had afm disabled in your ecm and delete it mechanically it won't run right. you need to either have black bear here tune it, have hptuners and disable it, or if you can there's a place you can mail the ecm off and have it done for about 50$. the other way are much more...

    besides them pulling codes have you or anyone does any diagnostic on it? like basic misfire stuff? I don't know forsure, but I would expect the Stabilitrak fault codes to be non P codes. was the old engine tapping badly for 2 cyl to be down from afm, it should have been tapping pretty hard...

    looking deeper, it's a stage 1 cam and the reviews say slight cam sound. the ve table and maf needs. cleaned up a bit, and if it doesn't run smooth enough add 50rpm to idle. Basically it needs the turn cleaned up.

    I have seen some really bad valve guide seals, but enough to use a quart of oil is a lot. I think you'd have killed. the o2s and cats pretty quickly since it's not being burnt in the cyl? but yeah, seals are definitely doable in the car

    sounds like 2 not ready was to much. from what I've seen on mine, o2 is one of the first to pass after a reset. evap always last by far. I don't believe o2 could be not ready but evap was. makes me think they weight some over the other. I'm sure you'll pass soon. on a side note our trucks...
