Back in 2006, I went to the Bonneville Salt Flats.... I had a pump sprayer and loaded the underside with 'Joy Detergent'... It coated the underside. how to protect your rig from salt damage??
Before I replaced my front shocks, I used my small electric powerwasher to degrease/ clean the suspension areas..... After the old greasy film was removed, I sprayed the area with the Blaster Surface Shield.... It seemed to work fine,... But I read that their spray nozzle is a piece of crap...- mountie

Try some ' VM&P Naphtha ' on a small terry cloth towel. Will not damage paint, but may melt the adhesive enough to rub off without too much work......?- mountie

Battery Replacement a Professional Job?!
I get it.... yea, swapping out this battery is easy. Last year, I had a AAA battery that died, and I was away from home. They replaced it free. But ...2 things..... One, I now have a better battery and I carry a big jumper . Two, AAA roadside is VERY unreliable and could take HOURS to...- mountie

Should I put a grille guard on my Tahoe? is it worth it?
I really like those 'grill guards' that are used on Range Rovers' etc.,... They "protect" even the headlights..... Great, when you bump on the front, and the entire guard folds back, breaking all the headlights!!
