Weather tech Floorliner HP for all three rows and a cargo mat. I keep my third row folded so went with the full size cargo mat. This is their newest mat, the HP. The fit is absolutely perfect. I’ve bought Weathertech for every car I have had in the last 18 years at least. These are said to...
Removed my chrome side badges. Fishing line and 3M adhesive remover. I still see a little something on the side. Maybe some polishing compound and wax. I used some Meguires Quick Detailer but it isn’t enough. Debating leaving bare or getting all black Z71 badges. Hmmm. I have two small 6.2...
I just bought some small black 6.2L badges. I like where you put yours so that’s gonna be my spot. Thanks for sharing. I took the shiny red and chrome Z71 badges off the side yesterday. Debating the clean stealth side looks vs putting black versions on.
Cool look. I do like those 17 in wheels. Like my 2005 Suburban. Not a fan of 22’s on these trucks. It does scream cop car. I would slow down if I saw you behind me. Lol. They would be a great winter set for me but I read that they won’t fit a 2022. Maybe the brakes are too big for a 17 wheel.
Make sure they factor in any market adjustments you might need to pay to get another Tahoe without waiting for an order. Still up around 5K by me in NJ. Good luck to you. We survived Sandy here in 2012. Five feet of water through my first floor. I had moved the Suburban I had at the time...
Looks so much better with black emblem! Just removed my red/silver Z71 side emblems. Weird that they put those on a blacked out truck. I tried the wheel and got spooked I would F up the clear coat, so I just worked it with 3M adhesive remover ( worked very well). I did not put the black emblems...
I did get mine and yes I paid a market adjustment. 6.2 , Magnetic Ride and Air suspension. Rare find in a Z71. Worth the extra to me. I kept waiting for the dealer to sell it out to a higher bidder, but they did not and were honest and ethical. Raceway Chevy in Bethlehem PA. No, I was not...
KO2’s don’t even compare to real winter tires. In fact I don’t think they compared to my Duratracs either. Best snow car Ive had was aMercedes 4matic with Vredstein Wintrac Pros. Unreal in snow. Way better than my Rubiconwith Duratracs.
These are also on accessories.chevrolet website but it states that they are not compatible with Z71 model. on a different site, GM Parts Direct, it says they are compatible
I can not answer your question but… OEM wheels are between +24 and +30. Going with 0 offset ( same 9 in wide) will move your wheel/tire about 1 inch out. There are some other threads that discuss this. Maybe the post above could tell what the offset of those 24 wheels are. It’s not about the...
I apologize because I think this was discussed, but there are too many pages to go through. I want to remove my Z71 fender badges. My plan is a heat gun and floss. Any advice?
Where did you get those products? I don’t like the way the red looks on miy Z71 side emblems or those yellow sidelights. How did you remove the original side emblems?
Those Sportwing body moldings are nice. I can’t stand dings and was hoping my Z71 side steps protruded a little more for protection. I had great steps on my Rubicon.if anyone was careless they banged up their own door before they got near mine. Tahoe not so much.
I really like ACC more than any other feature besides the lane warning. I am picking up a 2022 Z71 this week and will miss it but obviously wasn't a deal breaker. I only travel long distance a few times a year. My wife drives a 2020 Benc GLC and it also does not have it. I bought that one CPO...
Love my V1 G2. Its my third Valentine. I can’t get into all the apps used except Waze. As was said, the combo of radar detector and Waze is near perfect. By me they only( mostly?) use laser in Pennsylvania but in NJ and up to Vermont my system is great. I still just use the 12V and window suction.
