    I found a totaled 2011 LTZ that has a head unit with navigation, steering wheel with radio controls and all the trim parts to change my interior to the wood grain for $300 Am i going to have any trouble swapping the head unit into my PPV?

    got the Fob yesterday, was able to program it to do the locks and the rear hatch glass. Now I just need to get by a dealer and get the remote start programmed. :)

    Found a place selling OEM Fobs that were refurbed and put in new housings. ordered one and waiting for it to arrive.

    I was looking at the remote start kits and realized I would need a key fob. I do not have one for my PPV, just a regular key. Is it possible to get a new FOB and program it?

    So it looks like there are two acuators, one under the passenger side dash, and one up higher kinda behind the passenger Airbag. Which one of these is for the drivers side air?

    Go in and tell em what you need. They will let you go look around the yard. The parts i got came from 4 or 5 different trucks. I should have looked for a steering wheel with the audio controls while i was there.

    If the power on the red/black is switched. then maybe i can put in a junction box to get power to the two 21v outlets and a hardwire power for my dashcam. I'll have to do some research on the PPV wiring to see if there is anything usable in the left over police harness as well.

    Thanks for the link. i had seen that before but could not find it again. Downloaded it this time :) I had a quick look again when I go home this evening and managed to find the red and black wired harness, Now I just need to see if the plug matches my console, and if so, what gets power.

    the console I picked up looks like it has controls for rear air, headphone jacks and 2 12v outlets. One inside and one on the back. I'm hoping to get power working so I can install a wireless charger in the lid for my phone
