anyone notice an uneven drop??
yeah. my driver side was way lower when i got done. i did some adjusting and shit and got it as even as possible. was still bout an inch difference. pass side was higher. pissed me off too. buddy of mine has an 02 tahoe dropped and his did the same. he ended up cutting and heating to make his even- J-Will

i just picked up a set of 3.73 for my ta for 180$ out the door. bearings, crush washer and shims n shit are bout 70 bucks around here. the install is going to be free! do it yourself. its always better to know about your truck. instead of paying somebody else to learn how to do it- J-Will

i would def go with 2 15" l7. lol. look at my pics of my box and stuff. my box should have been a bit bigger. but it was damn loud with 2000 pushin em. i just put 1 15" l7 in my trans am. pushed by the same 2000 watt amp that was pushin the 2. and its retarded. i dont think ill ever buy a diff sub- J-Will

34 and my first "truck" is a "hoe" but I love it..
yes do the pinion seal yourself next time! i paid 8$ for the seal itself. and it took less than 45 mins. :) much cheaper! congrats on the purchase! and welcome to the site. and yeah, tahoeforum is junk now lol- J-Will
