Yeah I guess the only way I even noticed this was because 99.9% of the time I've got air coming out of the dash vents toward me. If the windshield starts to fog up, I'll usually the press the button so the fan location goes up to the windshield in addition to the dash by pressing this button... -

Sorry, didn't know what else to call them and wasn't sure of the technical name. But these: If I have those vents enabled along with either the upward windshield and/or feet enabled, the forward facing vents hardly blow any air out at all even at full speed fan. -

That's weird. Mine were factory from Chevy and they definitely didn't look like that. Mine were the sticky adhesive version and did not work out at all. -

My guess is that it may lead to some stringy carpet on the back of the third row when/if the mats are removed. But, I don't think it'd be any worse (would have to be better actually) than if I were able to actually get the velcro adhesive to stick. If the adhesive stuck to the carpet and was... -

That's correct. The rough "hook" side of the velcro is stuck to the back of the mats and nothing is stuck to the back of the third row seats. The mats just stick to the carpet on the back of the third row. -

Ok, I think I've found the fix. I've not had a chance to test this yet but I noticed after cleaning my wife's vehicle that she has mats stuck to the back of her third row and they've been in place for years without fail. To my surprise, she has NO velcro stuck to the back of the third row... -

This is what my concern is too. I really don't want to damage the carpet and if that's the case, then I might as well just opt for the clip method that I've seen earlier in this thread where you drill holes and put the snap pins into the backs of the third row -

Air temperature change depending on outside temperature?
Thanks! Just to be clear, I’m talking about this happening with the “auto” setting off and just using manual control. Thank you. I’m not using the auto temp feature though but maybe it still does this regardless? Kentucky here. Went from 90 and humid to 50s in the morning and not humid. Lol -

Just took a 650 mile trip (one way) and watched this closer. To start off the trip I filled up the tank (and reset the trip meters prior to filling up). After fill up it said I had about 360 miles to empty. Ideally given tank size and estimated MPG, it should be more than 360. That said, again I... -

I think they're just saying that you would have a piece of velcro stuck to the mat itself and then you'd have a piece of velcro stuck to the carpet backside of the third row. Place that tape on the back of the sticky side of the velcro that would ideally stick to the carpet side of the third row... -

Well, it took a month, but the 60 side of my 60/40 split third row finally failed and came off. Every piece of velcro that was stuck to the carpet backing of the third row stopped sticking so I'm back to the drawing board. Thinking about trying some double-sided carpet tape now maybe. -
