    I used the AC Delco 45D3174 or GM Genuine 19186776 for the front left lower $143.79 at RA then. The AC Delco 45D3175 or GM Genuine 19186777 for the front right lower $145.79 at RA then. GM Genuine 15864153 for both upper control arms. $203.79 ea., at RA then.

    What you need to do is mark the shaft and the nut (center punch both), count the turns as you unscrew. R&R seal and install the nut back in its place, it's that simple. You will need a cheater bar to get the nut loose and to tighten back up.
