No start to start...unexpected.
Man I forgot all about this thread...Just to follow it up, the truck eventually died completely...the wire between the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay was the culprit. I replaced that wire and repaired some hack wiring repairs that caused the problem to begin with...been running like a top...- Tmos99

Transfer case, no 4X4
It's been a few days due to out of state company, but I did pick up a black 98 Tahoe last Tuesday...It has a 144K, and everything works...including the four wheel drive. Plan on putting a lift on it with 33" tires, removing the running boards, and body side moldings. Already pulled the fuse on...- Tmos99

Hello Gents...I'm new to the forum, and need some advice...I'm looking to buy a 99 Tohoe here from a Ford dealer...it's four wheel drive and in great shape with only 109k on it...It has some small issues that are not a big deal...the big deal is the 4X4 does not work...is this a major drive line...- Tmos99
