Lol im saving that.
Also suburban probably did its first tire spin in 18 years ha. I wouldnt call it a burn out but was impressive for its size and only having a tuned engine
Feels easy but only thing from the gmt800s I can compare it to is a 2500 that was a 6.0 and 4500 which was a little stiffer
I had tuned out all the torque management and many more things while it did make a big difference but not as much as the manual
I'm gonna blame it on the weight...
Gas mileage so far with 5 speed on first tank refill
Was mostly intown/highway. Haven't been on freeway yet
PRND321 Stuck on D until I finish tune and unziptie safety switch from manual trans lol
Also treated the front to all led light to match the rear
Its not bad at all my remote shifter mechanism is a little tight but I expect it'll loosen over next few days
Pulls way harder then with the automatic and it hardly takes any throttle to keep crusing speed
5 speed swap is complete drove home tonight with no driveabilty issues
Sloppy tapped wiring for starter circuit and back up lights from my diagrams but no back up lights so I'll check circuit get that fixed then I'll get some nice pigtails and get rid of P/N safety switch
Now on to the pics...
This amp will be right and up above the brake pedal can't give exact location. Because all I did was cut it out of my suburban harness before I put it in my crewcab.
And all data showed it powered the rear roof speakers
I'm interested looks the same as my 03
But it'll be a couple weeks I'm flat rate/commission. And I'm not broke but I'm tight with money at end of year with christmas and new years
Ill know more next week when I can call driveline shop but probably be a few more weeks on finishing swap depending on how much the new driveshaft is gonna cost
