I've only seen the one on 63rd between 301 and Bus. 301 which has been there forever. I may check the Pull N' Go next time I'm up that way. Would really like some mirrors with the power fold and signals.
I'm big on maintenance, too. But 16 years of working out of a vehicle takes it's toll. Great thing is these things are fairly cheap to repair. I have gradually accumulated spare parts when I find either good used or new parts at reasonable process. For example, I bought NOS door armrests...
Differential started making a little noise, a clicking sound, only occasionally. My son-in-law is a mechanic with his own shop. Had him take a look. He thought it might be traction control causing it. When he got in there he decided to replace it all. I didn't question. Tranny started thumping...
You're right. Having no payments for the past ten years has spoiled me. I have used this as my work truck all along and it tows an enclosed 2-ton trailer on a daily basis and a travel trailer a few times a year. I had to replace the rear diff at 180K and just replaced the trans at 195K. Not...
I'm the original owner of a 2003 Yukon XL and I couldn't be happier with my truck. Just clicked over 200K and she still runs strong. I just did a mild refresh of the exterior with new 22" snowflake wheels painted Eastwood platinum gray metallic, deleted the roof rack and painted the roof, hood...
I have the smoke LEDs and the smoke is really light. So you get the smoke appearance but no real reduction in lumens. Looks great with my Carbon paint.
Smooth Pillar Covers
Love the smooth rear pillar covers. Just ordered some for my '03 Yukon. I had previously colormatched the originals, but they started peeling. Can't wait to get them done.
Hi all. Joined a week ago but just now getting to introduce myself. I now own my third Yukon/Burb. My current ride is an '03 Yukon XL with some mild performance upgrades and exterior mods. Just debadged it today and it looks much better. The color is Carbon, although it looks black in the...
I already have the Spohn panhard bar. Any advantage to the adjustable lower controls arms with a 3/3 drop (other than tightening things up)? Is the pinion angle off that much with a mild drop like this?
I have an '03 XL and had the same problem. I finally did the free travel mod on the rear and cut off the front stops and added short poly stops. That took care of it. These behemoths have a lot more suspension travel than you realize. Removing the factory stops gives you several inches B4...
