No offense but maybe you dont know power. These things are pretty slow, test drove the 6.2 and wow was it pathetic. For normal use and towing and comfort it is superior, well the Tahoe is atleast. It might be a 6.2 but being in this 6000lbs tank does it no justice for your enjoyment. Now...
Mine are doing their job thus far. No scratches on mine in the 10 months of ownership. If they do go Kaput well I’ll just get me something similar to the ZL1.
Because of the lifter scare, ive been changing mine at 4500 miles. I know color is irrelevant but around 4-4500 the oil is black so do it then. Also, decided to add a catch can and prevent all that gunk from going where the sun dont shine…
interesting Ive seen a few with a similar squat on the road. Last week saw a similar yukon hauling a 7 seater UTV with similar squat. Im guessing the load leveling is what causes the squat. Then again i saw a Tahoe earlier this week not hauling anything with a similar squat…
So lets talk about that. If its a “meaningless” feature then why did gm put it in the vehicle? Oh same goes for DFM.
Maybe you are speaking for yourself because I hate people speaking on my behalf and what you say is partly true. Give me a hwy in the United States of America that is 50 miles...
Actually my highest went up to 29.7 on my recent trip, didnt snap a pic as i was busy sight seeing.
Well tell that to my DIC, im just reporting what its showing me lol…
I have the 5.3. Ive had the 6.2 in my Camaro SS and well its a meh powertrain.
Pretty happy with my first 5.3 coming from mopar and the 6.4 and 5.7 but those vehicles are much smaller. Im curious how the G Wagoneer with the 6.4 is holding up with mpg?
Just came back a few days ago on my spring break vaca and here are my results from SoCal to Utah. About a 800 mile round trip filling up with about 3 full tanks at $95.00
Pretty impressed with this tank of a ride, either way if i get much less than 14mpg I would still care less about gas...
I think after some break in they are comfy. Did a 800 mile trip last week and had no issues on my RST. As others have said, best seats on a vehicle ive ever owned. Now they aint no LoveSac but they are comfy enough for miles on end.
You should ask my sister n law the same question, my brother just got her a 22 RST 5.3 and the dumb broad doesnt want to even move the hoe cause of gas prices…
Personally I could care less about resale value because well Im not planning on reselling. Most people who paid cash for these rigs...
I really like my 21 RST Hoe. By far the best vehicle I’ve owned. Picked it up last June and have 10700 on the clock. No issues what so ever at this point. I read about the lifter issue soon after I picked her up and was concerned but at this stage if it happens it happens. I would...
