Hate to be the devil's advocate but How does the carwash know if the thing wasn't already loose ,wasn't up to the carwash Challenge and you're trying to make them pay for it? That's probably their stance. Unfortunately all you can do is get it fixed and hope they meet you half way.

For some reason LED DRLs always seem to burn out prematurely, one side or the other. On my ride anyway. I even replaced the old crusty, burned, brittle sockets. I got tired of replacing them so I just got rid of em all together. No problems with the running lights though.
You're probably better off meeting in the middle with all white light. You dont want blueish headlights and warm white pods are probably not very common.
