Can you post a picture of build label in glove box will tell you build date and I believe there is place on drivers door.
There are times where some dates are typed wrong on title.
On parts I would buy parts for year and model vehicle.
Parts seem to be available from dealer . A lot of times the plastic parts will break when exchanging and on older bumpers you might find and seems those parts are also still available.

I believe that's wrong and the problem probably when they replaced last windshield they didn't use enough sealant. Did they put same windshield back in.
There is a what glass professional's call primer they usually put on before sealant.
I have same problem for 6 years cruise will work during daylight but minute you turn on lights kicks out cruise never could get to work correctly even called Mfg of tail lights still no help.
Good luck getting your vehicle straighten out mine is 2002 Yukon also.
Use your phone on ID label on door frame will help with what options vehicle was built with.
Article says started with 18 but article was written in may 17 now my Yukon does have place I could scan.

If you are talking about company long gone that made your jack the company in link may have repair parts for cylinder they did for the antique jack I had.
I know your asking about wheels though.
I have used this company in link for seal kits for floor jacks.
Usually when you tear apart jack to get to cylinder and cylinder block there will be numbers that can be plugged into this company's web site and will get brand and seal kits available form them.

Since your dealing with old system google part number in owners manual for fluid you will come up with the same product some where else at better price but you will probably find they have superseded another part number that will work with original fluid.
I have found advance auto to carry repair fittings.

If you haven't used wire brush arbor on air grinder to clean bead area on wheels I would try that first they should seal after that process.
At tire store they have sealer to help seal if you have one that still seep air. Those wheels are available at wheel refurbish company's online but they...
If they are selling the ones in link in post #2 I linked and say they fit vehicle in search the attachments that boards come with will fit locations in inner rockers on truck for sure.
