Seal around engine block? 99 yukon Denali

I was currently getting some tires for my 1999 Denali and saw some blue seal around the engine block is this normal I recently got this truck wondering if this is of any concern it looks like it's on the other side on passenger as well

Can't really make out what picture is showing but if its oil pan gasket but looks to be two of them together.

Your right bro it is the oil pan gasket it looks good still I don't see no leaking underneath the driveway but it does look pretty old. I appreciate your help man.

Unless your in there to repair something I would replace but if there is no leak keep on trucking!
