    2023 22's onto my 2013

GM 22" wheels on both my trucks. Not sure what years they're from but they synced right up with the TPMS. Both rub the plastic fender wells when turning in reverse slightly. The rubbing can be eliminated with a lift kit or use some persuasion with the fender wells to pull them out a bit or just...

    Transmission Cooling Line Repair?

I did the lines on my 08 Yukon in the driveway and not gonna lie , it really sucked but it is doable. My lines were stuck in the transmission so the quick release tool's didn't work and I had to pull out the clips with a pick. Putting the clips back in was fun as well. I have big hands and was...

    2012 Yukon 6.2 Engine Noise

Start it with the belt off and see if the noise is still there. That way you can eliminate or isolate accessories as a cause. Sounds like lifter noise to me though...

New shoes! (And new rubbing issue lol)

Got some slight rubbing on the front fender liners when turning in reverse with 22's. I was think about drilling some holes and pulling the liner back with some zip ties. Could always go with a slight lift but I'm pretty happy with the current ride height.

    2023 22's onto my 2013

I got late model GM 22's on my 10 Burb & 08 Yukon. Bolts right up but rubs the fender liners slightly when turning in reverse.

Was the mass air flow or air intake ducting not seated properly on the throttle body?

If anything the issue is the o-ring on the pick-up tube deteriorated and the tube is sucking in air causing low oil pressure. The oil pumps on these things don't fail often. O-ring replacement can be done in a driveway.

2009 Yukon XL Denali - Random No-Start Condition

Here's what supposed to happen when you turn the key. When the ignition switch is placed in the START position, a discrete signal is supplied to the body control module (BCM) notifying it that the ignition is in the START position. The BCM then sends a serial data message to the engine control...

    Door ajar test

And just to reinforce the obvious. When one of your door latches finally fails do not get the $30 one off Amazon. Just get the GM one or you're gonna do it twice.

Hey everyone. Quick question. Anyone know where the door ajar test function is in the tech-2 menu? I've been looking for awhile and can't find it.

2012 yukon xl denali electrical failure! Video to show!

My guess is it's either corroded battery cables, or the fuse box under the hood has corrosion. Also need to check the grounding strap at rear driver's side firewall.

I replaced the air ride shocks and compressor on the 08 Yukon with these Vigor aftermarket pieces. I put them in around May and so far so good. Truck rides great. A little over $300 for everything.

Hinge pins are a big point of failure. I've used a couple of these and the help quite a bit. And they're greasable.

2013 Yukon Denali: Repair or Purchase a new vehicle

I would say it all depends on the condition of the body/interior and if the frame is rusting out. For me it would need to be in terrible shape before I gave up on her.

    OPEN RECALL

I had the recall done on both my 10 Suburban and 08 Yukon. Weird thing is I believe on the Burb they actually changed the entire unit including the dash pad but on the Yukon they only changed the inflator cans behind the glove box. Not sure what the correct procedure is supposed to be.

2009 Yukon XL Denali - Front & Rear Suspension Refresh

I replaced my front Z55 struts with KYB ASR4080's and installed Vigor air shocks and compressor in the rear. Truck rides great! 2008 Yukon SLT. It rides even better after installing 22" wheels.

    2012 Tahoe 5.3 tap/misfire

P0301 means you have a misfire on cyl 1 and someone will need to troubleshoot what's causing it. Tons of info on these fourms and YouTube on how to do that. Could be anything from a bad lifter to a bad plug wire so definitely recommend to take time and do research rather than fire parts at it.

    NJ Tahoe Specialists?

He actually talked about it in one of his videos. He has plenty of local work and also doesn't like the stress of having to fix someone's car in the same day that drove 8hrs to get to his shop. I'm sure he also makes plenty of income from his YouTube vids. He was very apologetic and appreciative...
