Thats good you mentioned the "pins and bushings" too, cuz that does play a big part in it - which happened a lot with my 80'/81' Z-28's with those long and HEAVY doors....ahhhh the 80's:hands:
Inside door handle - when I pull it it, won't open...
Its not the interior door handle itself thats broken internally is it?
Or is it like the older Chev's with the metal rods that open the door/locks and attached by those nylon/plastic fittings - that wear/break?

I agree with you too...BUT that ugly fender trim has protected my fenders/rear quarters from a lot of dings from a**holes who park too close:893Chainsaw-Smilie-
The body lift came with the truck.
I'd say it feels like your in a damn canoe when doing fast manuevers etc, even with the Rancho's.
IF I was to do a lift - I would use polyurethane under there to prevent this....

When we jumped it with the A/C relay out - my pal stuck 2 pieces of metal in the receptacle area - the compressor came on and was fine. (My electrician friend at work helped me jump the relay with batteries - and it clicked on/off - AS LONG AS WE TOUCH THE RIGHT PRONGS???)

I had pulled the relay and hooked it up to 12v on the prongs and it was clicking (opening/closing).....so I think its good?
The A/C button lights up when pushed in.... (and the heater control/fan switch comes on too.....I will have to take them off to test though.
The compressor doesn't come on and so I get no cold from the A/C.
My friend put the gauges on: NO leaks and pressure/freon was all good too.
ALL pressure switches checked and were good.
Ground on thermostat housing was broken - replaced that and still nothing.
