You need a lot more parts than just a block. I agree with above, 4:56 gears will help get rid of the sluggish feel. Supercharger with some bolt on goodies will be much cheaper.
Pretty sure the cluster could care less where the needle is. Level sensor in the tank is what controlles the light. I'm sure once it reads a certain voltage it kicks the light.
That's how they do it here at my work. Put in the vehicle info and cuts it all out. Wastes less material that way. If you are sure you can put it on and it's a 3m product. I don't see a issue with it.
Looks like a used engine. Could just be oil and stuff burning off as it gets hot. You were filming more of the valve cover, which if its leaking it runs down on the exhaust manifold and will burn off. Lube those door hinges while you're at it.
For what it's worth, never been flashed. $131 Depo Denali headlights with 35 w morimoto hid kit with relays. I'm sure a retrofit is another jump up but this works for me.
