curious, how does the tip come off the rods. I played with the front sensor rods and it just spun round and round. I thought it was screwed on but wasnt.
So as an update the adjustment that was made to my vehicle did improve the bounce feeling but it is still stiff and I still have a flutter/oscillating feeling from the from suspension so although better I still am thinking about deleting the MRC suspension, maybe start with the front and see how...
so would simply a different spring help the ride quality. Now I also question is the MRC reacting more than it needs to with minimal bounce either from the tire or spring?
try to extend the ride height sensor rode and trick your pc to think it is higher then needed and that should release some air from the rear bags allowing for a softer rear end feeling
before deleting your suspension try extending the ride height sensor rode an trick the PC to think it is higher then stock and releases some air from the bags. I had a complete 180 is feeling when this was done to my 18 Suburban Premier. I felt my rear was stiff before and now I can feel a...
i will have to say I just had the mechanic adjust my ride level sensors and WOW an extreme difference in rear ride quality in my opinion. He said he adjusted the angle pinion of the bracket which increased the length tricking the computer to think it was higher then needed allowing to release...
olyelr, i am not following. You say it was raised a bit by the aid shocks pumped up, but if you modified the sensor pin to think it was at level height but was not at full capacity then wouldn't that give some decreased stiffness?
This is the instructions that this person performed to gain comfort
"I ordered 3" lowering springs, I really didn't need to lower it 3 inches but I also knew the shock would take some of the load so if it went down 2 1/2 inches, it would be level anyway. These kits often come with lowering...
before I go and bug NORCALSS I figured he would respond to to this thread the most and was looking for a response from him and other members that lowered their ride. Now in mentioning the "harsh" ride I have had someone drop their rear 2-3" with stock strut (did not relocate the shock) and made...
hello everyone. I have been doing my research and looking for a couple answers in relation to harsh ride and lowering. I was curious if doing this drop would increase or decrease the ride quality. Either way I want to at least level my rear end but do really like the lower look. I have the mag...
Hello everyone. New to this forum but have been with GM-trucks.com in search for option for this stupid MRC, felt good on the test drive but feels like crap now.
What is the "flash" reprogramming was done. Is there a specific identification bulletin or name I can mention to my service dealer...
