Does it come with the gps antenna?
If not can you provide a link to it as well as the rear camera, obdII Bluetooth thing and any other accessories needed?
I just bought an 07 for my wife. It's definitely fancy. Got it for $14500 with 170k on it. Needs a few things, the left front shock top is broke off that connects to the wires for the auto ride. Has an oil leak, probably rear main seal, not sure yet. Tpms, etc
Also fixed the messed up paint spot. Just put a piece of scrap vinyl sticker over it. Not quite as noticeable now. Also had some scrap carbon fiber wrap and covered up the faded gold emblem.
This past weekend I took an old DEI 451M door lock module and modified it. This will take the pulsed negative output from my alarm and convert it to a steady positive output that will turn itself off after losing the pulsed ground.
I'm going to wire this up to the cop light flasher so that...
I took my headlights out yesterday to put some led bulbs in, only to find out they hung out too far and hit the core support. Also this had to be the most screws I've ever removed to change a bulb. 28 in total I believe.
Ethanol still $1.99 and regular is $2.12. Filled up with 20.3 gal and got 232.8 miles on that tank. Wish I had a tuner so I could see how high the percentage is.
I did. By comparison it was easier than others I've done. but I used to do alarms as a profession. So for anyone not comfortable cutting wires to the factory anti theft stuff, I'd advise to pay someone who knows their stuff
I got the first one I saw on amazon. It's a Cover craft, fits pretty good and has one little wrinkle by the defroster vent that hasn't laid down yet, other than that it fits and looks nice.
DashMat Original Dashboard Cover Chevrolet and GMC (Premium Carpet, Black)...
Going to put all my mods in one place. Got a 2011 PPV 2WD to play with. So far I've added a dash mat and replaced the broken driver side mirror. Tried to remove the black stripe but ended up screwing up the base coat. Put some gorilla tape over the roof holes.
Well I tried a little spot with the heat gun and plastic scraper. I can't tell if it was lightly sanded before painting or if I scratched it with the scraper. I guess either way I'll have to wet sand and buff later.
