standard width 8.5” rims,
I as well get the passenger front tire rub only when backing up and to the right, stock ride height. My Silverado does the same.
This is the same one I have in my truck.
Know a bunch of ya are looking for one, price seems a bit steep but maybe negotiable.

I’ve looked at both sides, SSV & LS/LT packages. I have an SSV.
I think “not sure”. if the brake, hubs, control arms are different on the police packages.
Look at rock auto and see if part #’s are any different.
I do have dedicated rims. I purchased them last year with a set of Blizzack dm02 iirc tires on them. They were good for the season and knew that when I got them.
Im torn on whether I get just winter tires or on/off-road tires.
The good and bad go with both types of tires. The winter tires...
The caddy is up at the property. Typical one though nothing fancy. She needs TLC, interior is in great shape, exterior is missing the plastic bumper covers between the bumper and the body. Have old Caprice 9C1 steel wheels. She needs a really good cleaning buff and wax.
Tony,
No complaints with the solid steel of the Caddy. It’s the crumple zone that I’m talking about. The Buick crumpled everywhere, the cabin stayed intact. Other than the door caving in but only to the inner panel is amazing being as how the brunt of the hit was in the B pillar and rear...
Got y’all on the winter tires. They do wear quickly. The set I bought last year were used had 5/32nds on them when I got them. Measured them this morning 2-3/32nds in roughly 5000 miles.
My thought is for that wear is it worth the Blizzack’s or on/off-road tires with the 3 mountain peak...
I now have to get the truck ready for daily activities.
An 88 year old fuggin Qtip took me out this past Tuesday and totaled my ‘17 Buick Regal GS, and put me in the hospital for 3 days. Idiot was driving a fuggin Subaru couldn’t see past the windshield and drove thru a red traffic light...
Ok, understand what you are referring to as the trailer brake setup.
That said, Why would it be just wrapped up like that? I’m wondering if the PD used it for something to power but have to figure out somehow what and if they did.
I do not have a brake controller in the truck and do not...
Saw this come up at the bottom of a post.
By the look of you post your talking about an 01-07 truck.
Your symptoms are EXACTLY what I put up with for a few weeks. All good then bammo limp mode! I sincerely hope the info below helps out.
My 03 Silverado did the same crap turned out to be a...
Anyone know what this used to power on the SSV’s or PPV’s? My truck is an SSV, trying to trace wires that used to control the police equipment. Looking to install some additional lighting up front of the truck. Fog lights maybe a light bar.
Still have the hide a light wiring up behind the...
There’s one fugging jack hole here in the Lehigh Valley area that has that derr pickemuptruk settin like dat. Rear ended a karr and parked his motor in da bak of seat of a Benz on route 22 yesterday! Laughed my ass off at his sheer brilliance.
Ohh n he changed it from a Tundra to the “Thunda”...
