Good job!!!
It works pretty good if you go over everything with it. The wheel wells, transmission tunnel and doors are where the majority of the sound is transferred to the interior. The roof as well, mostly for the insulation value and the radiant barrier but sound does transmit through there...
Yeah, I have been there, done that. I just want a little more bump, and I think that is where you are going. Under the front seat is a great option, no it will not rattle the windows or break glass but it will round out the sound.
Be sure you read the reviews on any one of these you want, so...
There are larger options that go under the seat.

I have a Kenwood DD in my XL Denali, using the PAC RP5-GM11 I have no static, no noise and no complaints. Check your grounds and wiring, something is not right.
I run 10w40 in my 03 2500HD, have for years. It is also at 314k miles, I started doing it before the oil pump was changed, and it did help to quieten it down.
We put the Denali to work today, this was just prior to picking up fencing. I left my phone at home so I did not get a picture of the actual work being done. It pulls the 18' trailer very well.
You must have an audio input on your head unit so you can play the audio from the overhead video. The PAC RP5-GM11 will also allow you to retain the audio from the the overhead video, but you must have an audio input on your head unit.
Mystery solved and a new one added.
The wires are supposed to go to the throttle body, as they are on my 2500HD, like this...
The Yukon appears to have had the throttle body replaced and new wires run to the firewall?

2003 Yukon XL Denali.
I have a bad heater hose connector and ordered a complete set to replace them all. I took the engine cover off for better access against the firewall and discovered these loose wires. They are bundled up with the fuel injector wires.
Any one have an idea what these are...
I loved mine but it rode like a tractor. I am pretty sure I left my spleen on I-40 between Amarillo and OKC.
The full Gibson exhaust sure sounded nice though.
Agreed, we are happy with the Bose LUX when the volume is up, but it lacks bass when the volume is low. I have a nice JL 12" in a box but will not put it in the back. The under the seat is an easy solution. We are both retired and do not need or want to be heard in the next county, just a...
I like it, actually considering these or the Cerwin Vega 10" AIO sub. I am curious why they did not turn it to fit between the seat rails instead of across them?
The thing that may have saved Toni was the hitch receiver, it took the brunt of the force.
Our little highway is 4 lane with no turn lanes, there have been a lot of people hit either turning or from behind. Tje highway dept. has no plans for a turn lane at this time. The guy that hit Toni...
