Installed new fog/driving lights. Less than $30 for the set with bulbs. Took some Seal All glue and went around the housing to glass seal and over the little lens clip holes with 2 coats. Modified the bolt holes and used my heat gun to bend the mount so that the light fit the holes in the air...
So....installed a new steering cooler and as another member said, watch those cheap clamps that come with it. It was leaking at the cooler to rubber line connection. I found out that when I checked it with a screwdriver it was bound up on the screw drive of the clamp just before it was really...
The rear end will get out of center to the right and move to the front the higher you go. So it depends on your lift. 4.5" is not an issue for most people but you may want it perfect so you can use them to make it so. You have to be careful about moving the rear end back to center it in the...
Jack it up take a ohm meter connected to the leads and spin the wheel. Voltage will rise as the wheel speeds up.

I jacked my body up and threw in a 3" body lift under it while replacing the brake lines on mine. You won't regret it. It helps with access to everything. Try it without removing the tank and if it proves impossible then remove the tank. You just need to get started. You can do it.
Stronger springs will ride hard when not towing/pulling. You could add air shocks or air bags for the extra help just when towing/pulling so under normal conditions you can have a nice ride.
Cool Karts by the way.
I need to replace mine too. I will next summer so take some pics and post up a "how to" and "what not to do" so I don't screw it up when I do it. My 3" body lift will make it a lot easier now. I can't imagine doing it with out the room I gained with the body lift.
So I think I found out why my AC pressures are high. 90 on the low and 400 on the high. I did not flush the oil out of the system and the compressor I bought had the oil charge in it ready to go. I lost about 3 oz of oil when I changed the condenser so I added 3 oz when I charged it back up. Now...
Yes, I changed the drier. The pressures were doing OK the night before that is why I stopped at less than the recommended amount. Maybe my high pressure switch is out????
Ok, I am stumped.
I pulled vacuum on my AC system for about an hour. Held fine so I started filling with 134 and gave it a shot of oil to make up for what drained out of the old condenser. Didn't want to take the Freon very well but I got about 46 oz into it. It takes 48 is what I have read, so...
Changed out AC compressor, condenser, dryer and the power steering cooler. Also put a little bend in my AC suction line to give me some slack in the connection so it is not putting pressure on the dryer. Had to modify the condenser mounting tabs to make it work.
Done with rust removal and coroseal application. Here are the results after I top coated it with some Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Enamel black.
I bought mine at 100k without any reservations. I'd say if maintained that 130k to 150k would be a safe buy. I buy used everytime and I always think that if I can get 100k on it after I buy it, without major issues, then it is worth it. These will go well over 200k with out issue.
