What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Always sad to see this hopefully body damage is minimal, as a profession box jockey(delivery guy) a tip if I may, always back in first. 1 it leaves you a clean escape if needed, 2. also eliminates risky backing into traffic, etc.. I know it's not always possible when coming home at night...

    Considering upgrading Sway bars... eibach?

Thank you, i've read and read, and seems everyone is happy with what ever choice they've made. Haven't seen any upset customers. As much as I'd love the Eibachs(previous good experiences) Not sure I want to drop the $$ on those yet.

How fast have you had your tahoe

First time I drove my sisters suburban I might have been 17, it was a mid 90s model, I hit 95, I didn't realize how big it was til I hit the brakes and it took forever to slow down... Haven't maxed out the yukon yet, ran it up to 95 once, nothing special.

Spindle Nut: Washer or No Washer???

Ok I'll revise my answer, I think it depends on what style nut you are using, One style is narrow (#615-095) and would need a washer I believe since it's not wide enough to span across the metal of the hub. The other style has a "flange?" called a nut lock that is as wide as the washer would...

So I'm considering upgrading the sway bars, for better overall handling and solid road feel and I'm considering using Eibach. This is on my Stock ride 4WD, 07 YukonXL 1500. First hurdle is pricing, man when I had a car these were much cheaper(yeah I know more steel) While I'm all down to...

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Finally Got around to fixing my Hyper-flash front switchback blinkers. One area of concern folks have with the resistors is the heat generated. For this application they only generate heat when the blinker is on, so unless your that person that drives around the world to the right(forgets to...

    Pre Trip Check

Stash a little cash in the car somewhere, under the cupholder, or somewhere. Always good to have in case you lose your wallet or worse(are robbed) Bring a Spare set of keys, hide inside(or outside) worse case scenario you lose your keys you'll have to have AAA open truck but you have a spare inside.

    Low Frequency Road Noise Hunting.

You might want to try and experiment with the tire pressures, upping them to +5 +10 or dropping them -5 -10 just to see if the noise levels change. I know on our road trips I up my PSI helps with fuel economy, and road noise and ride does change. Also running 20's vs 17's you will have a...
