My pass side rear door speaker comes and goes depending on how hard my kids slam it, and it just hums annoyingly when its on. Anyone have a stock bose rear speaker they want to get rid of? Not ready to toss aftermarkets in it yet but I might just anyway

I have mine that I swapped to A/M. Not sure what they are worth or how much shipping would be from KY.

Check Ebay. I put all new OE speakers into my truck last year (except the subwoofer), definitely sounds better.
@Fless theres the p/n

I did find there is a direct replacement speaker from this company powerbass that works with the Bose system, is at 2ohms and even has the GM brackets built in. They might be worth it

yeah and at the ebay price, i might as well go aftermarket since its 3/4 the cost anyway. Was hoping to save some from going into the trash maybe
That's fair enough. Just make sure that you purchase 2 Ohm speakers instead of the universal aftermarket standard of 4 Ohms. A 4 Ohm speaker in a Bose system will degrade your sound versus improving it.

it would appear that the rears are 4ohm and the fronts are the 2 ohms. wish Infinity still made 2 ohm kappas :(

If the rears are 4 Ohms, they are most likely not Bose speakers, as to my knowledge, Bose does not make a 4 Ohm speaker. I may be wrong.......
