    update! dealer said i had multiple leaks on both sides, they replaced both manifolds but couldnt extract rear bolts on both sides. really? this doesnt see right! see attached pic of invoice.

    2010 z71 suburban 5.3 174k ive had this rig 1 year and have had exhaust leak repaired on drivers side at the donut, now it seems the passenger side. without taking to shop, how do you confirm that its an exhaust leak? and how to pinpoint the location? i get the ticking noise when its cold but...

    worse, i got it at 167k and it still had the oem shocks w/ leveling spacers on front. it rides smooth at interstate speeds but hit a bad spot and feels real bad. i know its an old truck and maybe alot of the jarring just comes from being worn out, some could even be in the steering column...

    my 2010 had the original red rancho's on it at 165k when i got it. i changed fronts to bilsteins set at the highest level to replicate the ranchos that had a 2" leveler. and i put monroe air adjusts on the rear to level it back out when i am towing a heavy trailer. ride is awesome!

    bought plugs and wires for my 2010 off rockauto. i always look the parts up on rockauto and compare prices and shipping on amazon. i have bought parts from both. i got the ac delco iridiums and also got a $25 rebate check from gm. so, they were free!

    ok, the loud clunk is the drivers side motor mount failure! probably putting the driveline in a bind causing the other issue. going to get that replaced and then see if theres any other problems. pt

    i found a rear end specialist and he rebuilt it for $1250 he didnt have much good to say about the design of these newer models. there just no built to last as long

    just had my posi track rebuilt due to normal wear and tear. 168k. now the front diff may have problems. if i start off normally it makes a loud clunk and if i stay on it will grind or growl. it doesnt do this in any other gears and if i start out slow its ok. i even pulled my boat up the ramp...
