I keep several apple tags buried deep throughout the car.. If its stolen they will come across people with iphones so i can track. heck the thief probably has one.. LOL
Rockauto has them. They are listed as "antenna amplifier". There are 4 listed for your vehicle. The best way is to remove the old one and check the part number.. Its listed right on the top. GMC > 2019 > YUKON > 5.3L V8 > Interior > Antenna Amplifier
Just though I would post my analysis I had done. Sample was taken during a 5qt refresh after 20k mile run using AMSOIL SIGNATURE. Factory fluid was changed out at 24k miles to AMSOIL. (Approx 10 out 12 qts). Now have 44k miles on vehicle. I am very pleased with the report.
Check the grounding cable on the back of the engine. It’s on the driver side I believe. Also check your battery cables. I read in other forums that it has been an issue. Check the resistance and the grounding.
3-4k mile intervals for me. I have seen YouTube videos where the bad lifters were caked up which leads me to believe poor maintenance. Once those small oil ports get clogged. Game over. I also run either amsoil or liqui Molly engine flush every 10k or so. I know some here would cringe at a flush...
I have an 18 Tahoe with a crappy idle since day one. The dealership changed the motor mounts which helped a bit but still felt the stumble while in drive stopped. I got fed up and raised the idle to 600 RPM all the way around. Smooth. Then I decided to tune it to 93 which was my original...
Had the range but kept getting error messages from onstar so I decided to tune. I get approx 25MPG on the highway running a 93 with just me in the car. With family and loaded up it about 23. Hope this helps. In VA we have smog inspections and mine passes. The tune will not change emissions.
If your handy enough and feel like it I would swap out 5-6 quarts through the dipstick after towing that many miles. I did it with mine after towing about 2k. Just drove another 25k and did another quick exchange. My oil still looked really good. Probably overkill but peace of mind. Will it stop...
I found out the other day that if my car is locked and I open the rear hatch and place my key fob in there the vehicle stays locked. Had to use my app to unlock it. Good thing I had it.
Glad I can help. Just returning my experience because I have found solutions to issues on this forum as well. It’s a great place. Many knowledgeable people. Someone always has some advice that helps
I have used amsoil power foam through the throttle body every 10k miles. No clue if it works but after the heat soak it smokes like crazy, sets off the blinking check engine light which are misfires but clear up after a few miles. I really can’t say if it does anything. Mine always had a crappy...
What a pain to replace. It’s not hard just have to remove some stuff. Took about 20 min for removal and about 10 min for the install. What happened to a simple battery swap where the only bolt to remove was the hold down?
If your getting top dollar for your vehicle be prepared to pay top dollar for new. It’s all relevant unless someone just want to unload an old car without a new purchase.
Battery cables can be be bad or bad grounding. Check resistance within cables. I have seen some posts on the issue. Check youtube. There are some videos on this issues.
