True but if he is going by drops on the ground could be trans on driver side had it run down the bumper and valance when I had the motor rebuilt they did not tighten the cooler lines back tight. It depended on the way it was sitting where it ended up
Not trying to start something but how is it not the same? Thread title "285s with 10 in wheels?" No where did he ever mention putting a 10"wheel on stock tires

Got a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd with the 8.1 and the cam sensor is going bad. Well that sensor for this truck has been discontinued and I cannot find one anywhere. If you know of one for sale please let me know because as of now I have a 6500 pound paper weight.
Thanks
Ifs: independent front suspension

Running 4.10 with 35s would be about the same a what you are running now. 4.56 and 35s will be kinda close to stock. 4.10 would be good for 33s. Some people even run 4.88 gears with 35s.
Thanks all I have done is crank the torsion bars.

Yea 100 would be for the cheapest ball joint. A set of Moog ball joints would run you about 200. I would do some research before you bought it. Those are not things you want to go with a cheap quality. If you are going to run 35' I would run 4.56 gears instead of 4.10
Bowtiefreak is running a 383 in his 2 door still on stock fuel pump I believe but I think he said somewhere it was right at the limit of what the fuel system can handle. Any more and more fuel is required.
