    2012 LT lift gate problem

    Lift gate opens from FOB and ceiling button. But, it opens about 1.5 feet then goes right back down. After reading several threads I'm assuming it's the struts need to be replaced or the motor or sensors possibly. Is there any way to know which of these are causing the issue? Ty

    I had the saved problem when an '07. I put transmission fluid in there oil. Ran 20 miles then changed oil. Been 6 months now with excellent oil pressure.

    Thank you for such a detailed reply. I'm selling an '07 that needed the range device. I was hoping I could not use anything while on a long highway drive for better mileage. I have no issues now. Is it a good idea to get the issue fixed with a flash even if you're not having problems or wait...

    Thank you sir, that is a great reply. I'm going to look into that but I don't know how to get the AFM unit however it is. The issue of having now is my gauges have all gone to zero the lights come on but all the gauges are in zero. Wtf?

    I have AFM, 8 to 4 cylinder when slowing down. Ricochet is flex fuel 5.3 I believe.

    IMPORTANT: The Chronicles of Low Oil Pressure by 07burb

    For what it's worth, I had really low oil pressure all of a sudden on my 07. Put 1qt TF in the oil for 20 miles, got an oil change and pressure is fine now for two months still.
