    OEM Trailer Brake controller

When I was doing the research on whether or not to buy a MAX Tow package Yukon I spent a lot of time researching this. Everything I read said you couldn't add the factory controller because that controller is integrated via software into the dash so you can see the trailer gain, etc on the...

2022 Chevy RST - Dealership Question For Pick Up

The finance department part of the deal is the part that always drives me nuts. I pass on EVERYTHING. As said above, all of these things can be added after the fact for a comparable price, if not cheaper. I've owned ~25 vehicles in my lifetime and the only 2 times I have bought the extended...

2018 Yukon Denali with 2022 Denali wheels?

The stock 22" brushed wheels off a 21+ Yukon Denali are +28mm offset.

2022 diesel towing experience vs. 2018 Denali 6.2 gasser

I have an Anderson Rapid Hitch with a 10" drop. I couldn't unhitch my boat when I first towed with it and couldn't even get my enclosed snowmobile trailer hooked up to my 2019 and the 2022 is a hair taller so even though the hitch was stupid expensive, I'll never need another one regardless of...

    2022 Yukon vs 2002 Tahoe

I remember when the Tahoe's and Expeditions of the world hit the roads and how big they seemed. Seeing them side by side is CRAZY how big they are. Congrats on the new purchase!! It has to be like driving a space ship in comparison!

    Trailer wiring not working

Agreed with both. The other thing to look at is the nose on the 7 PIN. On my 2019, I had issues with my trailer intermittently not connecting to the truck which caused the lights to stop working. Turns out the nose on the trailer side 7 PIN was just a hair too long which created a bad ground...

    Syncing Tire Pressure Sensors

Thank you. Turns out they installed the wrong sensors (wrong frequency) so I am addressing it with the Tire company.

My Enclosed snowmobile trailer has all LEDs and works also with no issues out of the box.

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

Yeah I agree, I am baffled as well given everything I have read about these online through reviews and other forums. But I can say these are a super loud riding tire. They do seem to have gotten a little quieter as they break in so I am probably going to stick with them for a while. I put on...

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

Yeah I am learning that along the way here. Aside from the sales experience, they sent the tires with the wrong TPMS sensors and it has been an absolute battle getting them to help swap them out. I've spent at least 8-10 hours over multiple days driving to different tire shops to see if they...

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

Yeah I expected some road noise, I knew going in due to it being A/T tire. BUT man these are loud as $hit. I agree, tire guy was just looking to make the sale (he also disappeared on me after I paid for the order, never responded to requests for updates on shipping, etc but that's a whole...

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

That's good to hear, probably why I am getting mixed reviews online around road noise as it's dependent on what load rating people are buying couple with the weight of their vehicle. They make these in a P rated tire which is an XL equivalent but would need to go down to a narrow size...

    Tahoe/Yukon accessory hardwire

I installed this for my V1 and it works flawlessly. Also grabbed a nice blendmount style mount off ebay for $25. Best $25 I have ever spent.

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

I was actually surprised at how loud they are. everything I read about them said they were quiet and the sales guy at CO also said the same. Now, they are an E load tire so I was already a bit concerned about that as I didn't want a harsh ride. Ride is 'ok' at this point but the road noise is...

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

Haha, that's my next option. Custom Offsets won't let me swap them out unfortunately (wish I would have went through Discount Tire as they allow you to swap out if you are unhappy within reason, at least they have in the past). They are offering me a heavy discount on an alternate tire so...

    Toyo AT3 Road Noise

Hi all - I just installed a set of 295/55R20 Toyo AT3's on my 2022 Denali. These are an E load range/10ply tire, I have them aired up to 42-45lbs. These things are crazy loud on the highway. I know it's an AT tire so I expected a little extra noise but these are excessively loud in my...

    Syncing Tire Pressure Sensors

Thank you. Driving around doesn't sync them so will probably need the tool or will have to run to the dealer.

Finally got around to installing my wheels and tires

I think it turned out pretty awesome. Fuel Rebel 20x9 +20 Offset with 295/55/20 Open Country AT3's. Also debadged the Denali emblems on the doors. I will say these tires certainly do "sing" on the highway LOL.

    Syncing Tire Pressure Sensors

So based on the manual, you need to drive at 12 mph for 10 minutes for the TPMS to pair properly. I'll give that a shot and if it doesn't work I'll run over to the dealer to sync them.

    Syncing Tire Pressure Sensors

Hi all - I have a new set of wheels and tires showing up today with new tire pressure sensors installed. Do I have to go to the dealer to sync them to the truck or, like the trailer pressure sensors, can I do it through the dashboard?

    Roof rack cross bars

I used the GM guidance from the instructions to place the front bar (15" from the front?) and then I measured my cargo box to make sure it was centered on the front and rear bars and placed it accordingly. If you would like I can measure them when I head outside here in a little bit.
