    Well hey there fellow Dentonian. :D Not sure about the tire size, but looks like the black one might have a lift kit in it. Also, if you go much taller, you'll be messing up your speedo etc., so you might want to have your computer recalibrated.

    Definitely get GM handles. Haven't heard much good about aftermarket ones. Two on jy wife's Tahoe were broken when we got it. Pretty easy and well documented DIY.

    I guess you can buy the key and the fob where ever, but you need a dealer or a locksmith that has the necessary equipment to program them. IIRC, 2011 and up, I think is made so that you can not do it yourself.

    Changed the oil first time in my wife's Tahoe on Sunday and wasn't too pleased about the stuff stuck on the magnet on the drain plug... Dissected also the filter but that didn't look too bad. A few metal flakes here and there. I'll let her drive a couple of weeks and change the oil again to see...

    Lloyd Mats? Had a set of them in my wife's 07 Escalade and loved them. Will need to eventually get a set also for the Tahoe. Expensive, but well worth it. I am a cheap-ass to begin with, but also ready to pay for a quality product.

    The fuel gauge seems very sensitive, too. My wife's Tahoe could show half a tank on level ground, but when parked on the driveway, it drops almost to quarter tank. And no, my driveway is not on any extreme angle, either.

    Since the weather has been great and should continue for a while still, I decided to give the wife's Tahoe a quick bath. Couldn't actually remember the last time it happened, so it was decinitely overdue. :( Looks pretty good again. :cool:

    Yup. No need to remove it unless you really want to. I cleaned it while installed and got it looking pretty shiny again. The idle stuff can be a bit scary, but it'll go away after a day or two.

    Oil Pressure Gauge bad?

    Just change the oil pressure sensor. With 99.9% certainty that's your culprit. Not sure if there is any other way to verify it other than changing the sensor or taking it to a dealer and have them hook it up in their machines.
