    Took it apart this morning and cleaned it up. All is good now! The passenger window and the unlock button did not work on the switch before cleaning. I will probably make a plate to go there and add a usb outlet or something. Should be fairly simple.

    The z71 springs are a little taller and a little stiffer. They are also referred to as HD springs. Moog part number is 81069. After installing the new springs, the rear end of the truck sits about 2" higher than it did on worn factory springs.

    Yes it has z71 springs in the rear and the front is leveled to match. 33" (275/70r18) BFG KO2s. All I really have left is finding a full console and a set of gray cloth seats with armrests. Then I will be pretty happy with it.

    I used the Avalon King Armor Shield. It goes a lot further than I expected. I did 2 coats on the whole truck and one coat on the wheels. I still have a little bit left.

    Tire Size..Leveled Yukon

    You can go bigger than a 32" tire. Both @HiHoeSilver and I are running 275/70r18s (33.2"). I have KO2s and he has a General Grabber. The closest to that size for a 17" wheel is a 285/70r17. Should clear but I can't promise since I have no first hand experience.

    I lost about 1 mile to the gallon when I leveled mine and put a set of 33" BFG KO2s on it. I don't know what you mean by 18" tires.

    A 2/3 drop is 2in front and 3in rear. You can adjust the keys down, but I don't know how far. As far as I know (I'm not very well versed on lowering) the free travel mod does not lower a vehicle any. Just increases travel as the name suggests.

    I never could get my speedo to read correctly. I have access to a tech2 and I tried reprogramming tire size to 285/75r16 (closest to a 33" tire that I saw) and its still way off. How did you do it?
