2006 Tahoe rear wiper issues - Delay works/High doesn't

2006 Tahoe rear wiper issues - Delay works/High doesn't
Looks like the wire colors are as follows: Orange, Pink, Tan, Green, Black. When Off (0): Power is to Orange and Pink When on Low (1): Power is to Orange, Pink, and Tan When on High (2): Power is same as Low: Orange, Pink, and Tan. So it appears my Low and high are the same. Hello all, I'm having issues on my 2006 Tahoe rear wiper. Delay works/High doesn't. It doesn't matter if I have the knob on 1 or 2, only delay works.
