I know a few people that have gone with the Advent Ogm1. It is a factory style plug and play system with navigation and iPod etc connectivity. I think it sells for around $800
If you need shorter links look at the energy links I posted earlier. They come with different sized grommets so you can make them shorter or longer to work with your setup. I have mine set to 4 5/8 inches
I'm running the Energy 4 5/8 to 5 1/8 adjustable sway bar end links up front with belltech 2 inch drop spindle and DJM front sway bar and they fit perfect.

Also check if your hitting on the rear sway bar. I had to use the djm rear hardware kit to move the sway bar over to the right so it wouldn't clank anymore when hitting bumps.
I put mine on Ramps and kept the wheels on. Just undid the links moved the sway bar down a bit and swapped in the new ones and bolted it back together.
I'm not sure the exact dimensions on the optima you have but the battery tray tabs can be bent easily to accommodate a different size battery. I was able to open up the tabs to fit a group 65 battery.
