From everything i have read about these engines most people say to stick with the the OE a/c delco irridium plugs and i have to agree. they`re 41-110`s. I get mine on ebay and can usually find a great deal on a set. They changed the part number to 41-985 and most sites say the 41-110 will not...
My little tab on the hinge broke a few years ago so i bought a new door and hinge together and just swapped the hinge over to the old door. It was an easy swap for anyone with the same problem without a welder.
Here is a good write up on how to put one in the console. I love the idea but i think the shifter would be too close to the driver to comfortably operate it but i have long arms.

I`ve been looking for a while and i`m coming up empty on finding that part. I hate to say it but it might be a dealer only item. Or a junkyard if you have any near you would obviously be a cheaper option.
I can`t seem to find what it`s called but you can see the part in this video just FF to the 8:10 mark and he shows it.
This is from a pickup but i`m pretty sure they`re the same part.
It`s been years since i changed mine but if i remember correctly there was a piece that you have to take off the old one and put it on the new one that holds that tube in place.
When i tow my yamaha rhino on my 6x12 trailer it`s slighty over 2200 pounds with two passengers and three large dogs and 2-300 pounds of other junk i get around 15.5 mpg going 70-75 in upstate ny which is annoyingly hilly, Up and down the entire trip.
I have 275/55/20 tires 3:42 gears BB 93...
I hope he apologized for it. I would be looking for a new mechanic if one let my vehicle leave their shop in that condition because it tells me that they don`t care about your safety.
I would think your calipers may be hanging a little. I had the same issue with my truck where the inner pads were dragging and wearing them out and warping the rotors.
If you`re going to replace the calipers now would be a perfect time to do the 07+ brake rotor/ caliper swap. It`s worth every...
Based on the fact that they chose to hang the brake line with a wire tie alone would have me back at the shop demanding that they be secured with the correct hardware. In the last picture it looks like the line is very close to the spring, When that wire tie gets brittle and breaks that line...
I lost 1.5 mpg when i went to 20`s. I had an old scale in the garage and weighed the old and new ones. The 16`s tire and wheel were 76 pounds each and the 20`s were 94 pounds. It also doesn`t help that i have 3:42 gears.
I hate to point it out but your info is backwards. Long tube headers will produce more torque and horsepower in the lower rpm range than shorties but as you can see in this dyno test on a 5.3 tahoe the numbers are not a huge difference but long tubes win but are more difficult to install...
