Before i got my '16 Denali, i test drove a '15 Tahoe Premier and aside from gauges, it was exactly the same interior. But i love the look of the Denali and that 6.2L is a beast...
$503 for seat sensor?!?!?! Bought mine off Amazon for $25 and replaced it myself.
As for the sensor, not sure if it can replaced with bumper in place or not...
Find a another dealer...
Here's the latest and greatest....
Warranty assholes refused to cover the costs because i didnt have my oil changed at an "authorized repair facility". The receipts i provided wasnt enough....
Went to dealer to see exactly what happened...lifter collasped at cylinder 4 with broken pushrod. No...
So i was told by tech repairing my lifter collaspe that the warranty company might proof of oil changes for last year.
I buy my oil from Sams and do them myself. Aside from those recepits, how can i prove that the oil changes have been performed?
Just heard from mechanic, he says cylinder 4 is dead and they need to do a teardown to determine why. Maybe from there he can determine if it was lifter failure.... From there they will contact the warranty company to work shit out... He thinks a new engine...
Thanx for info about the AFM...
Got a 2016 Denali 4WD with 107K miles, oil changes done religiously max every 6000 miles with Mobil 1 0W-20. Not my daily driver...mostly weekend runs around town..
Went to pick up daughter and noticed a stumbling with the engine, CEL was flashing and TRACTION CONTROL light was on. Pulled back...
When i first got my '16 Denali, i installed a magnetic drain plug cuz i like to try to get most of the fuzz out....but i think i'm go with this....
