    Its all Canned. Flour, Beans, Rice, Mashed Potatos, Oats, Corn Meal, Pasta, Powdered Milk, ect. Its all stuff I use on a regular basis and replace so it doesnt get old.     Also at my house I have 10 rifles and 5 handguns, also have 1,500 rounds for each gun at all times also have supplys to reload ammo for most of my guns. I also have a food supply that will last me and 3 other people for a year.
