Check out this link. Looks like the same accessory explained much better. I need to check if my Tahoe has those camera receptacles shown in the third picture...
GM makes all weather floor MATS and all weather floor LINERS. The LINERS are actually very very nice and a great fit. I'm only speaking for the first, second and third rows as I do not have the cargo area liner.
I have mine set at +4 bass and +4 trebile and have cranked it way up without any distortion. From my previous experience, most upgraded factory sound systems are a gimmick, especially anything by JBL, but im very happy with this Bose setup.
Anything factory will be flat compared to anything aftermarket. That being said, my Tahoe premier has the 10 speakers Bose (compared to 9 speakers on lower trims) and it has more bass than any factory system I've ever heard. I'm not sure if that 10th speaker is a sub or what but the whole system...
I think that button is for the hitch view. In addition to that button on the camera screen you should have a separate trailer app on the home screen. I think it's called the advanced Trailer system on the window sticker and comes with the max tow package. I assume if we have this then our...
No but that sounds freakin cool and I didn't know it existed. Any idea where the camera mounts? Rear of trailer maybe like a backup camera? Where does the other end of the wire connect to on the tahoe?
Also, I've never heard of vehicles with the "trailer camera package". Terrible website...
I've seen their posts and that sucks what they've been thru. I don't doubt that there have been some lemons rolled off the line, but that's no different from any other new vehicle, some more than others. Doesn't qualify these trucks as problematic IMO. Get on any expedition or armada forum and...
Permanently disabled or just until you kill the engine again?? That's cool but seems quicker to just push the ignition then the auto stop disable button if it's only for that drive.
I bought in October for about 6 to 7% off msrp when factoring in the Costco $1000 and negotiations with 5+ dealers. Even back then a couple of dealers would not budge off of msrp more than 1% or so.
I wonder if they are problematic. My Tahoe has about 3k miles and hasn't has a single mechanical problem, not one. I'm sure something will come up eventually but I'm also sure you can get on just about any forum for any new vehicle and get the impression it's problematic becasue that's the first...
I noticed on GMs accessories website that the 2 piece goes up higher around the edges for more of a molded fit instead of just a floor liner. I prefer the higher edges, but still wish it was one piece. Hope this helps others in their decision.
Well yeah I could dream up 100 nightmare scenarios that could kill you in your vehicle. If you're going 75 on a spare you're asking for it anyways. I bet very few people would bother strapping their wheel down is my point. Especially if you have the all weather cargo liner. Live completely by...
Thanks! I really think they mis-named the color though becasue it really is more blue than grey. I've had it a couple months now and unfortunately got my first few scratches on the paint. Oh well at least I can stop being so OCD about keeping it perfect going forward.
Stain Steele is nice too. I went with the shadow grey to make the wife happy, but I really like it. It looks blue up close but more grey from farther away.
