tahoe oil temp avarage 2011
Although I've only got 300 miles on my 2011, I noticed 124-131 F. on a 45 mile drive last night. These were country roads, speed limit 45 and 55 MPH with minimal stops (red lights) along the way with an outside temp of 53 degrees F. No trailer, just three souls on board and 1/4 tank of fuel.- FastZR1

IMO- No, oil still drains just fine. I've never sat around waiting for the oil to drain out. I've heard one or two complaints online of folks saying the oil drains so slow with the Fumoto drain valve. I've never seen it but I'm not usually in a hurry when doing oil changes either.
