Removed the driveshaft and truck was able to roll. I have been hearing nasty sounds from what I was certain was transfer case. What's the word on those seizing...
Hey guys, there is a pretty gnarly sound coming from my transfer case. It's pretty much sounding like the world is ending inside there. I'm not sure if the chain has stretched or if something broke. It runs/shifts/drives fine with the exception of the case.
I hardly ever use 4WD and drive 99%...
The truck seems to be re learning LTFT and is running better. Still not 100% but 90%. Will still buck on occasion but I believe that has to do more with the LT4 hot cam and tune than
anything. Everything has stayed in order for around 150 miles now and even got it inspected yesterday. Finally...
Cleaned MAF last night with MAF cleaner, disconnected battery and started re-learn process. Seems to shift a bit nicer but still got bucking off idle. Not sure if that is still the original problem or just how the truck behaves during the re-learn.

Hey guys just curious if they have discontinued the lower control arm assy with new bushing? There is nothing available for 4WD on rock auto.
Is pressing the old bushing out and pressing new one in something a shop can do pretty easily for low cost?

I tried siphoning yesterday but it seems like the line i was using was hitting some sort of kink or something and it wasn't going into the tank. Is there some tyupe of anti siphon device in there?

Well, got the diagnosis back from the shop: Bad injector driver in the PCM. Apparently the #4 injector is not firing from the PCM at all. I guess they got it to fire by using a pulser or something like that.
Which brings me to my next question... This is a Black Bear module I got in October...

Well I replaced the IAC valve and it started right up... About a week later, it's back up to its old ways... This was a cheap Oreilley IAC that I put in. Could it be bad already?
Ac was fixed with a couple of cheap valves and fixed a major oil leak. Seems the installer neglected to put any RTV...
Well had it now for almost a month and everything is smooth. Only kinks I can think of is that it almost wants to die on startup and after shifting into drive. Could this be a tune issue? I have a Blackbear PCM.
Also seems the alternator pulley or bearing is bad... Gonna replace that this...
