Odd condition, random misfire, no power under load, bucking, dying...

The truck seems to be re learning LTFT and is running better. Still not 100% but 90%. Will still buck on occasion but I believe that has to do more with the LT4 hot cam and tune than
anything. Everything has stayed in order for around 150 miles now and even got it inspected yesterday. Finally!

Just one other thing, what effect would this misfire have had on spark plugs?
