    Before- After- Hey! I finally remembered to do it. I took a heat gun to it (at about 350*-400*). Stretch the cable out, after disconnecting it from the window. With it stretched, applying heat, you can see the coils relax. Keep it stretched until it cools.

    A different animal altogether... On my '99 Ram pickup, it was the TC (and they upped the line pressure a bit). It would happen right about 45-50, as it was going into lockup.

It's a handheld and, though not as individualized as Blackbear, it's nice because because I can put it back to stock, if need be, for taking to the dealer. Warranty is probably not your problem though. I'm not sure if Blackbear...

    Nope. I tried the Diablo, then tried the PC. I went back to the Diablo. Yes, I know that you can use them both together but I felt (butt dyno?) that the tuner solved the issue of the pedal lag and boosted performance a tad more. Also, can't change any transmission settings, idle RPM's, etc...

    I don't like the auto feature and never use it. I do not have that problem but there is no way to program it out, that I know of. Are you out of warranty? Sounds like a glitchy BCM.

    Have them give you a loaner and drive that the 800 miles. When they figure out the problem, let them come and get it. Prob won't work but it sounds great.

    I keep thinking... What was I thinking? Yes, that's it, when I finally remember, I am going to take my heat gun to those two wires and get them to relax some of that coiling out of them. That should help take some tension off of those contact points.

    I have rattle-canned small parts like that before and had them match up well. Use this company- https://www.automotivetouchup.com/ If you clear coat it, use theirs. I have had one part get yellow using their paint with a store-bought clear.
