They are wrong. The Tahoe/Yukon z71/AT4 is not any higher than any other….. Unlike the sierra/Silverado that can come with a lift. This only applies to non air ride Tahoe/Yukon.
Perhaps. But it is my experience and i presume the majority of folks buying $70k SUV’s, too. While it certainly sucks, and especially now, is a real measurable increase….it’s a long ways off from being so high I would compromise and be shopping for a real ultra high MPG vehicle.
Outstanding. Looks great with a subtle beefy look. 70 series tires on 17's or 18's are the sweet spot for off road looking SUV's. When you say close to liners, is it the height or the width that is getting close?
Yes I’m doing the 3.5”. My expedition needed 3” to get the look and tire size I wanted….and this AT4 is no different. Who knows. I hate browsing on a phone. Either way I’m not worried. 1/4 or 1/2 spacer…no big deal. If not, I’ll go 20”…..just don’t want to.
No wonder…I was looking at the 2”. Either way it would only be a spacing issue. Not too concerned……and FWIW, RC has been wrong or misguided on nearly everything on these new SUV’s.
Yes. I think all the FX4 with the tow package are 3.73. That could be it, but the turbo engine builds torque differently i bet. I have not driven the AT4 yet, and my wifes denali does not have the tow package....so time will tell. I like them all honestly, and if money was not an issue id...
I have a 20’ fx4 expy….and a new Denali. The expy feels faster…..and your timberline will have more power. That being said, I’m switching to an AT4 as soon as it’s built. The GMC is better quality interior and layout, IMO, than my FX4. I’m sure the new timberline is awesome though and i...
I have had many factory wheels powder coated. That is the correct method if you aren’t going to auto quality paint them. Plastidip is garbage and not permanent.
I would get the one marketed for magnaride….but i am banking on it not being any different than what is out now (I could be wrong) but the tact they are taking sounds, to me, like they just haven’t done any R&D yet on the correct truck. Maybe can’t find one. And it is out of an abundance of...
