2008 tahoe adding remote link
I can get a onstar vcim from a 2011 tahoe. will it work in my 2008 tahoe I want the Bluetooth to work plus the onstar itself with remote link? this module only has one connector on it purple one no blue will everything still work like it's supposed to? Has anyone on here done this swap...- Duke6587

I added a onstar vcim from a 2010 silverado for the Bluetooth function. I have a appt at the dealer to flash the onstar module to have my vehicle info on it if I do that do I lose the remote link ability. or does it not matter as long as the onstar module is capable.I don't want onstar to not...- Duke6587
