I did not. The diameter of the stock tires vs the ones I used on the 24's is only .6% difference. Its so little of a difference that its not really needed.
I took measurements again last night. Its right at 1.5" of drop if you set the links to what are on the instructions. Of course I went from stock wheels and tires to larger wheels and tires so depending on your setup it could be a bigger difference. I rounded everything to the nearest .25" so...
I prefer the look of wheels tucked a little vs flush. I would definitely need spacers if it had the larger brembo brakes but these fit fine over the regular calipers.
So, the end fittings are the same size but the length of the rods is adjustable. All these do is adjust where the air ride sensor arm is in relation to the control arm. So basically it is tricking the truck into thinking it is at normal height even though it is lower.
The pic shows it in...
People do all kinds of crazy stuff with tires, not always safe, but they do it. Look up tire stretching!! You can also put a much wider tire on a narrower wheel
It does have the adaptive air suspension. I used lowering links from edgymods.com. They are extremely easy to install!
I have not noticed any rubbing. I went with the same size tires that come on the 24" wheels from the factory. But since the wheels are slightly wider the tires fit a little...
It is dark ash metallic. It does sometimes have a purple/blue hue depending on lighting but it does look black at night. It is a really nice color and IMO the metallic helps hide some dirt and microscratches compared to the standard black.
I can post the specs but without pictures to go along with it I dont think it would really help.

I did order some 24's with all terrain tires. They were supposed to be delivered tomorrow but still havent shipped. Hopefully they will be here in the next week or so and I can shoot you a couple pictures with the specs of the wheels. I also ordered lowering links (ours has the adaptive air...
Bought a 2025 Tahoe RST with 22" wheels. Looking to upgrade to 24" Wheels. The factory 24's come in a 9.5" width, the aftermarket ones come in 10". What backspacing and offset should I be looking for? The ones im looking at are 24x10 with 6.44 backspacing and +24 offset. Pic of truck and pic of...
What do yall use to touchup gloss black wheels that matches really well and holds up? I bought some used ones that have some curb rash that was previously touched up with something but it has mostly worn off.
also note if you have stick on weights inside the wheel. with stock 18's we had to trim the lower balljoint a good amount onto the threads to make sure it cleared the weights with an amount of space i was comfortable with. pic is with the stock 18's with 3" in the front and 4" in the rear.
I havent bothered to look to be perfectly honest because it only rubs at full lock and its just barely. We bought it new and it still has stock tires on it.
The wheels made all the difference on your truck. I keep trying to get my wife to agree to 24 or 26" but she doesnt want to give up too...
Thanks. Those are vehicles we still own. I cant even remember all the stuff we used to own! I love driving my chevelle. It would be even better if I didnt have a million other things to spend money on so I could actually fix it up. But such is life!
Looking for opinions. My wife has a 2017 Yukon on factory 18" wheels. She is short and pregnant and wants me to lower the yukon so it will be easier for her to get the baby seat in and out. I cant decide between the 2/3.5-4.5 or the 2-4/5-6 kit. We are sticking with the stock wheels until the...
Hello everyone. Ive been on this site for a good while. I used to have a 2007 GMC Yukon XL several years ago and would come on here and look up information. I traded it about 5 years ago on a silverado. However, my wife now has a 2017 GMC Yukon and I now find myself back on here looking up...
